We’ll kick off the first part of our session together (about 40 minutes) and while your brisket is slowly cooking for 6-8 hours, you’ll have the freedom to indulge in your Sunday activities. At 5PM (about 15 minutes), we’ll reconvene for the grand finale, where I’ll guide you through the finishing touches during our live coaching wrap-up! I'll even show you how to 'hold' your brisket if you aren't ready for dinner early.
